Today, we pray for the gift of the Spirit of Fortitude (courage), which helps us to stand up for the truth of the Faith even in times of trouble and persecution.
Fourth Day:
Come, O Blessed Spirit of Fortitude, uphold my soul in times of trouble and adversity, sustain my efforts after holiness, strengthen my weakness, give me courage against all the assaults of my enemies, that I may never be overcome and separated from Thee, my God and greatest Good. Amen.
Recite one Our Father, one Hail Mary, and seven times Glory be.

Today we also remember and honor all those who gave their lives so that we could live free in this country that we love. Always remember that this is the land of the free because of the brave. We also pray for the repose of their souls and for the family and friends they left behind. Requiescant in pace.
