Hi there! My name is Emily Berns and I am the founder of Lumen Fidei Ministries. I am 32 years old and have a degree in Communication from the University of St. Thomas in Houston, Texas. I currently live in Florida and am a member of the Secular Order of Discalced Carmelites. I have always been deeply involved in my Catholic faith and have been feeling the calling to spread the Gospel of Jesus Christ through my writing. I have been published twice in Our Sunday Visitor, a Catholic newsmagazine. I currently write for Catholic365 and I had one of my articles from there republished on St. Dominic’s Media’s website. I can’t wait to get started on our journey together!
